BRIDGEVILLE –Rep. Jason Ortitay (R-Washington/Allegheny) and Sen. Camera Bartolotta (R-Beaver/Greene/Washington) will be hosting a Family Fun Night of exciting activities and learning for the whole family.

The event will be held on Friday, July 13, 5-8 p.m., at the Mount Pleasant Township Fire Hall, 106 Main St., Hickory. It will feature safety resources and information, as well as activities, raffle prizes and giveaways.

“While summer is a time of relaxation and fun, safety must remain a priority,” Ortitay said. “This event will combine entertaining activities, which interest children, while also providing important safety information for parents. I encourage families to take time to attend this engaging event, which has something for everyone.”

“I encourage everyone to make time to attend this fun and informative event,” Bartolotta added. “There will be unique and engaging activities for children, like opportunities to see emergency equipment up close and meet animals from the Pittsburgh Zoo. More importantly, we will give parents the chance to engage with their elected officials and the government/nonprofit resources available to help support and improve the health, welfare and safety of their families.”
